As a Tasmanian business formerly based in the south and now in Launceston, we are committed to using the best that our island has to offer. We source all of our ingredients from local growers and vendors, and use minimal possible additives so you know that you're getting the full natural flavour. All of our preserves are produced by hand in small batches at our Launceston kitchen, giving it the quality of a homemade product that you just can't fake.
We have won numerous accolades at the Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards, Melbourne Fine Food Awards and Australian Fine Food Awards, and our products are available in many outlets around the state and available on Saturdays at the Salamanca Market in Hobart, at site 141. In 2022 we partnered with highly trusted Tasmanian operated masters in fine foods, Matson Catering
