You are entitled to a replacement or refund for unacceptable quality or damage during postage service. We ask you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. You may be required to provide evidence in this case.
On occasion, we have been supplied with incorrect customer and delivery details. In such cases, if the parcel is returned to us we are happy to readdress the order, and if the error is on us, we will cover the cost of delivery. However if the details were provided in error, the costs associated are the responsibility of the customer.
